Please be respectful, I will not tolerate any kind of behavior that is made to harm or make fun of me and my art. I will cancel the commission if any ill behavior is displayed.

I REQUIRE YOUR BILLING ADDRESS TO SEND YOU BACK THE INVOICE
If you request the cancellation of a commission that I have already started, I will only refund half of the price and keep the work to myself.I will accept deadlines ONLY if specified. I am chronically ill so my commissions can take between a week and 5 months based on how busy I am with other works. health related issues and my studies.
WIPs will be sent in steps based on the type of commissions:
sketch commission include a first sketch for the pose/overall vibe;
colored commissions include a sketch for the pose, one for lineart and one for flats.If you request the cancellation of a commission that I have already started, I will only refund a percentage of the price based on how much work I've already done on it, and keep the work to myself.
If I cannot finish a commission I will refund 100% of it.CHANGES
I will make small changes if the client requests so after finishing a commission. Small changes include: detail and coloring mistakes that don’t take a lot of time to adjust.For greater changes, I will ask for an additional fee. Greater changes include: pose change, outfit change or addition/removition, adding a background or anything that will make me greatly modify the piece.COPYRIGHT
I, THE ARTIST, HOLD EVERY RIGHT TO THE PRODUCED ART PIECE. I am allowed to post the work on my social media, to publish books with it, to include it in portfolios UNLESS AGREED UPON.The client is only allowed to use the commission for NONCOMMERCIAL and personal usage ONLY. (use it as banner, pfp or print it FOR THEMSELVES)
The client CANNOT claim the work as theirs.
A Purchase of Commercial Rights can be agreed upon but it will be charged 300% of the original price.
By doing that you I’m selling to you all the rights of the artwork, which you can use to make prints, include in books and profit off of it. You will still need to CREDIT me, the artist.
